The Signature Design Service is designed for wedding planners who require clear, elevated visuals to support refined design concepts, complex spaces, and discerning clients.
This is my primary service, and the way most planners work with me.
Whether you are presenting an early creative direction or finalising a fully developed design, this service provides you with polished, cohesive visuals that clearly and professionally communicate your vision, without relying solely on design decks or technical plans that convey logistics but not the full design experience.

What the Signature Design Service includes
- A detailed creative briefing to understand your design intent, priorities, guest experience and any relevant constraints
- A to-scale 3D replica of the venue space, built specifically for your project and incorporating key architectural features to reflect proportions, flow and spatial relationships accurately
- A fully furnished 3D layout, with all furniture, décor and custom elements modelled to scale and placed within the venue replica, allowing you to evaluate placement, sightlines and guest movement with confidence
- Hand-rendered finishing details, including florals, tabletop detail, textures and decorative elements, to communicate the nuance and tone of each design element
- Multiple design visuals, including a 3D floorplan and illustrated perspective angles, supplied as high-resolution PNG files for easy printing, digital sharing, or integration into your own branded presentations
- One considered round of revisions, allowing the agreed design direction to be refined and finalised
INVESTMENT
Most planners invest between $2,500-$5,000 for a Signature Design Service project.
Investment varies depending on the number of events included, such as the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, as well as the overall scope and level of visual detail required.
Final pricing is confirmed following a brief discussion to ensure the scope aligns with your client’s needs and expectations.

Most planners book in advance to secure time in my design diary, particularly for multi-event or more detailed projects.

These visuals are intended to complement an existing design direction, supporting client presentations and creative alignment where only a single element needs to be brought to life.
